NOTES After the draft the Commissioner will publish a list of the Teams. From this list each owner must submit to a Commissioner a line-up of players, that he intends to use in the upcoming weeks game, up to 15 minutes before the kickoff. Any owner not submitting a line-up by the dead line will be held to the same line-up that was submitted for the prior week. All lineups need to be setup via the Website On the right right side of Website choose the Submit Lineup option. A live update can be seen under the Gameday Tab. Any owner may draft a player after draft day, but they must have a credited account. For each owner to draft a player they must meet all the Commissioner's critiea for a player acquisition. Critiea for Pickups When a team submits their request to aquire a free agent they must prioritze their request. If they want more than one player then the player that they want most regardless of position should be listed first and then rest in order of most wanted to least. After every team has had a chance to pickup one player the rest of the picks will be handled as: Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #1 Overall Winning Percentage Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #2 Head to Head Record Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #3 Total Points Scored Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #4 Divisional Winning Percentage Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #5 Reverse Order of Opponent Total Points Scored Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #6 Power Rank Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #7 Vicotry Points Waiver Wire Sort Criteria #8 Last Week's Point Total DRAFT NOTES: Regarding the NFL players who appear to play more than one position the owner who drafts them and the rest of the league will determine which position they will play by common consensus.
